Dawn McNutt the Executive Director has a varied business and customer service background.  Prior to accepting the position as Executive Director of the Noble Chamber of Commerce,  she managed various direct sales and marketing businesses from home while caring for her children.  McNutt put her skills as a Microsoft Certified professional to use in the IT department at FedEx Services after serving in the Air Force for over seven years--first in law enforcement and later as a paralegal.  She holds a degree in Management of Information Systems from Colorado Technical University.   McNutt maintains a home business, guiding her team of SendOutCards professionals who help others build relationships and retain clients using an online sytem to send real greeting cards and gifts.  As a member of the Noble Chamber of Commerce as well as the Executive Director, McNutt understands both sides of chamber business and is eager to help your business grow.
Cathy Adams is the 2013 President of the Noble Chamber and a lifelong Oklahoman, Cathy Adams has lived in Tulsa, Enid and Norman. Librarianship is her second career after raising her family and having worked in other fields. Adams received her MLIS degree in 2002. After graduation, she worked two years as the Reference/Instruction Librarian at Oklahoma Baptist University. In 2005, she accepted the Teen Librarian position at the Moore Public Library. Three years later, she became Noble Public Library's Branch Manager. She is an avid OU Women's Basketball fan, having held season tickets for over 15 years. She and her husband, Glenn, celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in Kansas City where they attended the Big 12 Women's Basketball Tournament. They have two adult children.  

Holly Moreu is the VP of Membership & Chamber Pres Elect: Holly has been serving the community as the Marketing Director of Loving Care Home Health and Hospice. She has been with the Noble-based home care company for 6 years, however, Holly has deep ties to our community. Her great grandparents, Jim and Alice Moreu, moved to Noble in 1927 from McClain County.  Holly attended the Noble Public Schools and graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a Microbiology degree in 1995. Holly has two children, Zeke and Zoe, ages 7 and 9.

 

Robin Stead is 2012 Past President of the Chamber and is an oil and gas attorney representing Oklahoma land and mineral owners. Her focus is maximizing profits and protecting surface and royalty rights. Robin has lived and practiced law in Noble for 25 years. Robin is an active volunteer in Noble, serving seven years on the Noble School Board, managing the Noble Farmers Market, working with the parks and Noble Community Gardens and serving on the Noble Chamber Board.

In 2011, Ronda Bass became Noble’s 29th Superintendent of Public Schools and the first female to hold that position.  Ronda is a Veteran of the United States Air Force where she specialized in Signals Intelligence and Morse Code Interception during the Persian Gulf War. After leaving the military, she was a high school English teacher in both North Carolina and Oklahoma. She earned National Board Certification as a classroom teacher and was a Master Teacher for the state of Oklahoma. Prior to becoming Noble’s Assistant Superintendent in 2006, she was also the State Director of Resident Teachers and Professional Development for the Oklahoma State Department of Education. Ronda looks forward to helping the district continue the momentum that has been building for the past several years.  She and her husband Steve also love living in Noble and being a part of its growing community.

MJ Brienen - owner of Back Office Success. 

With more than 20 years’ business experience, MJ Brienen is passionate about helping  companies succeed using QuickBooks. In a classroom setting or "one on one" training you can learn the in's and out's of keeping good books. 

In 2009 she followed her daughter, son in law and 2 grand children from the state of WI to put down roots in OK.  Loving the OK winters (rarely any snow) and the great people, MJ is here to stay.

 

Don Cretsinger is a Past President and is the President of Sun Construction Services.  Sun Construction is a full service Commercial General Contracting firm that has been owned and operated by Don and his wife, Joanne, in the Norman & Noble metro area for over 25 years.  Don and Joanne have been active in the Noble community, serving in many of the local youth, education, and civic organizations.

Robin Parker  is president of Noble Now, a non-profit umbrella community betterment organization founded in 2007.  Living and operating Precision Electric, Inc. in Noble since 1995, Robin, husband Tony and their four children have made Noble home.   Robin is one of Noble’s park commissioners and since 2006 has actively pursued the planning, development and funding of Noble’s parks. Robin also serves as Noble’s representative on the Pioneer Library System Board.

   
 
Keith Springstead,  Chief of Police for the City of Noble,  was hired in October 2007. Chief Springstead began his career in law enforcement with the Chickasha Police Department in 1982 and retired 25 years later, having achieved the rank of Assistant Chief. Springstead is originally from Michigan where he graduated from Lake Superior State University with a degree in Criminal Justice.  He attended and graduated from the 193rd session of the National FBI Academy in Quantico, Va., June 1998.

Chief Springstead and his wife Kathy have two children, Karrie who is probation and Parole Officer, and Kelsey who is attending the University of Central Oklahoma to study Nursing. The Springstead families are all community oriented and belong to several groups and charities where they donate their time and efforts.
 
Andrew Seamans of D5 Architecture is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Architecture and is a State of Oklahoma Licensed Architect. Andrew has worked on a wide range of projects in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan area over the last 10 years. Andrew has been involved in public libraries, business office renovations, restaurants, retail, public school facilities, medical buildings and condominium developments.
